Thanks to your generosity, proceeds from the 2008 Birthday Ball will support three major initiatives – the purchase of pediatric physical therapy equipment, a dialysis machine, and healthcare education scholarships.

Pediatric physical therapy equipment - caring for kids

Local children needing physical therapy services will now be able to use equipment that's just their size.  The PT department will be able to better serve their smaller patients with the equipment that is suited perfectly for them!

Dialysis - serving and supporting those with chronic kidney disease

Dialysis is a way of life for many patients in the Winona Health family.  On a daily basis at the Winona Health dialysis unit, eight dialysis machines are serving patients from sun up to sun down. Your support will ensure that patients have access to the treatments they need.

Winona Health Auxiliary contributes to the future of healthcare

A portion of the funds raised from the annual Birthay Ball event support local students preparing to enter a career in healthcare with college tuition expenses. Since the Auxiliary awarded its first nursing scholarship in 1962, more than $401,000 has been awarded.
